The Wendell Gunn White House staff collection contains other material available for research use.

Arrangement began on the Gunn collection in mid-2019. The Library was about to post a new inventory for the Gunn collection when the Covid-19 closures began. The boxes listed in this topic guide and on the Gunn collection inventory will change due to this new arrangement. Large parts of the this collection were created by Dennis Kass, Gunn's predecessor and has been moved to his newly created White House staff collection.  For access to Gunn's folders as now arranged, please check with an archivist. The Library will correct this situation as soon as we are able.

The folders and case files listed on these topic guides may still have withdrawn material due to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) restrictions. Most frequently withdrawn material includes national security classified material, personal privacy issues, protection of the President, etc.
