Description
Economic Summits, formally known as the Summit of Industrialized Nations, were held annually during the Reagan Administration. The summits were commonly referred to as the G-7 Summits. The seven countries attending the summits were the United States, Canada, Italy, West Germany, France, Japan and the United Kingdom. Summits were held in the following locations:
1981 – Ottawa, Canada
1982 – Versailles, France
1983 – Williamsburg, Virginia
1984 – London, United Kingdom
1985 – Bonn, W. Germany
1986 – Tokyo, Japan
1987 – Venice, Italy
1988 – Toronto, Canada
